Here’s how it works:
- First: Fill out the form below, leave a message about the description of the item (color, size, type of bag etc.) and a description about the problem you need to be fixed.
- Second: Make sure to take a couple pictures of the overall item and areas that need to be be fixed to get the best possible estimate. Note that the estimate amount might change a little once we get a through look at the item(s) when they arrive.
- Third: Once form is sent, We will respond within 48 hours. If you decide to procced with the repair, we will send our address for you to ship to. Make sure to print out the repair estimate and add it with the item(s) in the packaging. If unable to print the estimate, you can include the estimate number with the item(s) and First and Last Name.
- Once we get the item(s), we will give you a Final Quote, it might change from the original repair estimate if need. We will need payment before commencement of the Repair.
Shipment:
- The shipping charges will be paid by the customer when sending us the Item(s).
- Once items are repaired, shipping charges will be handled by us.(International Shipment may vary).
- Notice: If we receive item(s) and Customer cancels repair shipping charges will be paid by Customer for return.
