Prada History
Prada was founded in 1913 by Mario Prada, and his brother Martino. They had opened a leather good shop in Milan, Italy, that same store is opened today. Mario Prada didn’t want women to be in the workplace and wanted his son to run business after him, his son however did not have interest in the brand. Prada was then later passed on to Mario Prada’s daughter Luisa Prada and she ran the family business for 20 years until her daughter Miuccia Prada became head designer for the brand. Without these women it would have been hard to say what Prada would’ve been like today. It is a great fashion house that is recognized by many people all over the world.

Miuccia Prada had a three story slide in her office which she uses instead of taking the stairs or elevator.

Repairs take anywhere between 4-6 weeks from receiving the item depending on how difficult the repair. For some repairs we have to order specific hardware or special leather.
We use all different types of material depending on what is being repaired. Our leather is great quality and we use different types of leather to match color and grain as the original item. All our materials are of top quality to meet our expectations.
Yes, we are able to make any altercations that you may want to your item. For example, extra closure, added strap, etc.
We are located in New York, Brooklyn, but accept orders from all over America, and different parts of the world.
No, as of right now we are only accepting mail in orders, or delivery Pickups/Drop Offs if in the NYC area.
The price differs which each item. Every item is unique and may require different materials and time depending on the design, color, material etc. We try our best to give the best possible quote on the repair needed, and discuss this with you through email or through our virtual repair service.
We will need half of what the quote was upfront in order to start the repair process, and the second half of the payment will be needed once we are done a ready to ship the item(s) back to you.
