Yes, we are able to make any altercations that you may want to your item. For example, extra closure, added strap, etc.
We are located in New York, Brooklyn, but accept orders from all over America, and different parts of the world.
No, as of right now we are only accepting mail in orders, or delivery Pickups/Drop Offs if in the NYC area.
The price differs which each item. Every item is unique and may require different materials and time depending on the design, color, material etc. We try our best to give the best possible quote on the repair needed, and discuss this with you through email or through our virtual repair service.
We will need half of what the quote was upfront in order to start the repair process, and the second half of the payment will be needed once we are done a ready to ship the item(s) back to you.
