Every Repair is Different
Many repairs are almost never the same, there are always different areas and items that people need to repair. Whether it be a handle replacement or a zipper there are always different designs, colors and materials that we have to take into account, to make sure we get the best possible repair.
Steps to a Repair
Recieve A Quote
Go over to Request A Quote and fill in your info, it is very important to add pictures and a description of what you want repaired, so that we can give you the best quote.
Payment
Payment is done through PayPal and can accept any Credit or Debit card, as well as Venmo and Apple Pay.
We will send a invoice and will need half upfront and half when the repair is finished.

Send Items
Send your item(s) to us using the address we provide and make sure to print out the quote we sent to you in the package.
If you are in the NYC area we can pick up and drop off your item(s) at your desired time and location
or
You can mail in your item(s) as well.
We Receive Your Items
Once we receive your items we will send you a email and keep you updated on the process and repair.
Repair Finished!
When we finish with the repair(s), you’ll receive 2 emails.
First email you’ll receive is a picture of the repair that was made and the second half of the payment.
Second email you’ll receive is your tracking number of your item(s).
