Coach History
Coach was founded in 1941 by six artisans but grew under the vision of Lillian and Miles Chan. In 1962 Miles Cahn hired Bonnie Cashin to be Coach’s first lead designer. Bonnie’s vision helped Coach transform into a fashion power house. Coach is now a classic American brand and operates 500 stores throughout the United States and Canada, and over 1,000 stores worldwide.
Fun Fact
Bonnie Cashin is credited with inventing the original brass turn lock in 1964, which was used in a coach handbag in 1973.

Repairs take anywhere between 4-6 weeks from receiving the item depending on how difficult the repair. For some repairs we have to order specific hardware or special leather.
We use all different types of material depending on what is being repaired. Our leather is great quality and we use different types of leather to match color and grain as the original item. All our materials are of top quality to meet our expectations.
Yes, we are able to make any altercations that you may want to your item. For example, extra closure, added strap, etc.
We are located in New York, Brooklyn, but accept orders from all over America, and different parts of the world.
No, as of right now we are only accepting mail in orders, or delivery Pickups/Drop Offs if in the NYC area.
The price differs which each item. Every item is unique and may require different materials and time depending on the design, color, material etc. We try our best to give the best possible quote on the repair needed, and discuss this with you through email or through our virtual repair service.
We will need half of what the quote was upfront in order to start the repair process, and the second half of the payment will be needed once we are done a ready to ship the item(s) back to you.
